Report on Dividends Paid

This report gives you a summary on dividends paid to any or all of your shareholders in a given period.

• Shareholder's number Enter the shareholder's registration number or click on the button Choose and pick the shareholder from the list. If you want to get a report for all shareholders, mark the check-box All shareholders.
• Dividends paid From: Enter the starting and ending dates of your report in the Dividends paid From and to windows.
• Branch Code: Choose the Branch Code from the drop-down window or mark the check-box Check for all Branches.
• Product: Choose a specific Share product that you want to be reported on from the drop-down or tick the Check for all option to include all products.

You can choose the type of clients you would want to print this report for: Individual clients only, Group clients only, Business clients only or for All clients.

Click on the button Save to view or print the report, which will look like one below:

N.B: The Report on Dividends Paid is generated only if dividends were calculated.

Click Close to exit the screen.
